BABY ZONETERAPI is a gentle yet highly effective tool that parents can use at home to help ease discomforts (for example colic, wind and teething) and also help improve sleeping patterns.

This course will enable you, as parents, to confidently use these effective techniques on your baby in the comfort of your own home, achieving noticeable results. Giving Reflexology to your own baby is a nurturing tool that helps to soothe and calm, whilst strengthening the bond between parent and child.

Reflexology is an ancient, natural therapy. Reflex points on the soles of our feet relate to every part, organ and system of the body. Placing pressure on these points stimulates the body’s natural healing process.
